The last 6 months have been a new level of a live challenge for me with a lot of life-changes. It‘s been pretty rough, I have to say... still is. The one and only constant in my life is writing music, expressing all emotions through it, often my one and only output for what’s inside of me, ... and it’s my perfect reminder in times I dont feel anything at all. Today I am releasing 35 minutes of - to me - very personal music. I wrote these songs in complete isolation, struggling with depression and anxiety. So - to all of you - who struggle with the same, especially in times like these - let me tell you, you‘re not alone.

The record is for free but I‘m asking all of you to help me raising money through this EP that I will donate to mission lifeline.
